Independent Candidate Parimal Nathwani Files Nomination for Two Rajya Sabha Seats in Jharkhand

On Monday, Parimal Nathwani filed his nomination as an independent candidate for two Rajya Sabha seats in Jharkhand. His proposers are BJP and NDA MLAs. BJP state president Aditya Sahu said on Monday morning that the party does not have the numbers to make its worker a winning candidate. The BJP is not fielding its candidate. Parimal Nathwani is contesting as an independent and has sought support from the Bharatiya Janata Party. The BJP is supporting Parimal Nathwani as an independent candidate. After the nomination, Parimal Nathwani said that he has represented Jharkhand twice in the Rajya Sabha. He has the support of Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, AJSU and BJP in the past. He has relations with all parties. He is seeking support from all parties on the basis of the work he has done for the state in two terms as a Rajya Sabha member.
