The'India'alliance is going to hold a big protest against the Election Commissioner on October 6 in Delhi over the irregularities in the SIR. Before this, the Aam Aadmi Party has announced that it will not be a part of this protest. AAP says that it is fighting this battle in its own way and alone. Speaking to the media in the Parliament House complex, Aam Aadmi Party leader and Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh gave this information. He said that there are protests in different places across the country against the irregularities in the SIR of the voter list. He added,'As far as yesterday's (October 6) protest is concerned, this is the protest of the India alliance. So Aam Aadmi Party is not a part of it. We are constantly fighting this fight in our own way.'Sanjay Singh further said that the CJP and the Left parties are also protesting at different places. The AAP is also not using its banner on this issue, because it believes that this issue should be made public and that a decision should be taken in the last meeting of the opposition on September 30.
