India Prioritizes Development Over Expansionism, Announces Port Development Plans with Indonesia

Addressing the Indonesian Parliament on Tuesday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that India believes in development, not expansionism. India and Indonesia decided to develop the Sabang Port together during his visit. Apart from these reports, two people died and six workers were injured in a massive landslide near the construction site of the Twin Tunnel Project in Wayanad, Keralam. Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Indonesian Parliament and said that it is a privilege for him to be here. He referred to his friendship with President Prabowo Subianto and said that it is not bound by any copyright. India believes in the policy of development, not expansionism. India is going to increase its strategic presence in the Strait of Malacca. India will develop the Sabang Port together with Indonesia. Sabang Port is located at the mouth of the Strait of Malacca. PM Modi said that the twin tunnel project between India and Kerala is only 150 kilometers away from the actual construction site.
