The name of the sea route through which a large part of the world's energy supply passes is the Strait of Hormuz. The name of the ship is'Disha '. This ship with the flag of Malta has reached Dahej port in Bharuch, Gujarat, carrying gas from Qatar. This ship is being called the first LNG ship to reach India across the Strait of Hormuz after the Iran-US ceasefire.'Disha'ship had left Ras Laffan port in Qatar with 62,370 metric tons of LNG. But amid increasing tension in West Asia and security concerns on the sea routes, its journey was affected. The ship was stuck in the Hormuz region for about three and a half months. Finally, the situation improved and after the ceasefire, the ship reached Dahej port in Gujarat.
