India Should Have Courage to Hold Talks with Pakistan: Mani Shankar Aiyar

Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Mani Shankar Aiyar hit out at the central government over India-Pakistan relations and advocated resumption of dialogue between the two countries. Speaking at the 5th Halla Bol conference held in Srinagar, he said that India has the courage to conduct surgical strikes against Pakistan, so why not the courage to hold talks between the two countries.
