UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres may also visit India to attend. According to the information received from the Ministry of External Affairs, the 18th BRICS Summit will be attended by the heads of the member states. Heads of the partner countries and representatives of many other countries have also been sent invitations to attend this summit as part of outreach.
