Indian Court Issues Summons Over Allegations of Party Office Mistreatment

The complainant had alleged that when she went to the party office, she was not treated well. The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Ekta Sahota has issued summons to Dr Balbir Singh, his son Rahul Saini, office in-charge Jasbir Gandhi, Councillor Gurkirpal Singh, who is close to the minister, and Gurpreet Singh, a shopkeeper, under section 223 of the BNS. The complainant had filed a complaint through advocate Navdeep Kaur Verma under sections 114, 115 (2), 56, 61, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 351, 356, and 3 (5).
