Indian Manager Accused of Sexual Harassment Fled to Dubai, Brought Back by Delhi Police

According to the complaint, the accused Sajeer Palli Moopan alias Sajeer PM (38) is a resident of Kannur, Kerala. He was employed as a manager in a company. It is alleged that he had organised a birthday party at Punjabi Bagh, Delhi. During the party, the victim was fed alcohol and drugs. Subsequently, the victim was sexually harassed at a hotel in Karol Bagh. Based on the complaint of the victim, an internal inquiry was initiated against him. As the investigation progressed, the accused had fled India on January 5, 2026. He started working at a plumbing accessories shop in Dubai, UAE. The advertiser contacted Delhi Police on February 18, 2026. He established the accused's location in UAE through continuous efforts and coordination with national and international agencies. Delhi Police completed all the necessary legal formalities to bring the accused back. This was also successfully documented in a detailed advertisement dated November 2026. As part of the investigation, the accused fled India on January 5, 2026. He started working at a plumbing accessories shop in Dubai, UAE. Delhi Police formally cooperated with the investigating team in this successful operation.
