Indian Opposition Leaders Stage Protest Against NEET Exam Rigging and Paper Leaks

The streets of Delhi witnessed high political drama on Thursday amid the row over NEET exam rigging and paper leaks. From Parliament to the streets, the INDIA alliance came out in support of the students. More than 120 opposition MPs gathered at the residence of the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, with a copy of the Constitution in hand, and boarded two buses and left for Gandhi Smriti. However, on the way, the Delhi Police and security forces barricaded the buses, leading to high-voltage drama for a long time. Later, all the leaders reached Gandhi Smriti, sang the national anthem, and surrounded the government. In fact, since Thursday morning, the gathering of opposition leaders started at Rahul Gandhi's 5, Sunehri Bagh Road residence. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge, Jairam Ramesh, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, TMC's Mahua Moitra, Shiv Sena's (UBT) Arvind Sawant, NCP's (Sharad Pawar) Supriya Sule, RJD's Bharti Misa Bharti, the Samajwadi Party's Ramji Ramji and over 120 MPs of the CPI (M) were here.
