Indian PM Modi to Address Media Ahead of Monsoon Parliament Session

The monsoon session of parliament is going to start tomorrow (July 20, 2026) and before the beginning of this session, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is likely to address the media at Hans Gate of Parliament House. The monsoon session will start tomorrow (July 20) and will continue till August 13, 2026 next month. After this, the session will be adjourned on the occasion of the 79th Independence Day of the country. However, if needed, the parliament can resume its work. Before the beginning of the monsoon session, the secretary general of the Lok Sabha has issued a bulletin, in this bulletin, about the bills to be introduced by the government during the session. He said that in the coming session, the central government is expected to introduce the FCRA bill, 2026 and the Developed India Education Foundation bill, 2025 in the Lok Sabha. The FCRA bill, 2026, to be introduced by the central government in the Lok Sabha, will not renew the FCRA certificate of any organization, and the Kerala government has recently refused to renew the certificate during the assembly elections.
