The Delhi Police on Tuesday evening detained several Congress leaders and supporters, including Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi, who were staging a sit-in at the AIR complex. All of them were demanding the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Also, they were raising questions about vote theft and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. All of them were detained when India Block leaders reached near the Election Commission office for more than nine hours, demanding a meeting with the election commissioners. Delhi Police said that 250 people, including about 50 MPs, were being detained and taken to the New Delhi Police Lines Kingsway Camp. All will be remembered.
