India's Finance Bill 2026 Expected to Pass Parliament Next Week

New Delhi: The Finance Bill 2026 (Finance Bill) is likely to be passed in the ongoing Budget Session of Parliament by next Friday. With the approval of this bill, the budget process for the financial year will be officially over. After discussions on grants to various ministries in the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha, the financial bill will now be sealed in the final stages. The bill includes tax proposals and other financial provisions. Passing it will give the government constitutional approval to spend for the new financial year starting April 1. According to national news media reports, the Finance Minister will present his final response to this in the House and then the important process will be completed on time with a majority.
