India's Prime Minister Modi Holds Meeting on Crisis in West Asia

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has held a meeting with senior ministers in view of the ongoing crisis in West Asia. According to sources, the meeting reviewed the current situation in the region. It was also said in the meeting that the Government of India is committed to the safety of Indian seafarers. Amid fears of a fertilizer crisis, it was said that "fertilizer is available in sufficient quantity in the country and there is enough fertilizer available for the sowing of this year's Rabi and next year's Kharif crop. All ministries are fully prepared to deal with the crisis situation. While there has been an increase in PNG production, its use has also increased. According to sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a high-level meeting with the Cabinet Committee on Security (CCS) and senior ministers on Thursday. In the meeting, the current situation in the region was reviewed and several important sources were instructed to ensure the safety of India's citizens, expatriate Indians and Indian seafarers working on ships. As per the instructions of the Prime Minister, all relevant ministries should work in close coordination and regular monitoring of such developments.
