Iran Launches Missile and Drone Strikes Against US Bases in Region

Following the US strikes, Iran retaliated against the US. Iran has fired missiles and drones from its territory, causing tensions to spread throughout the region. The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it responded to the attackers with repentance. The IRGC claimed it targeted a US base in Jordan with ballistic missiles, while Iranian media reported a large-scale drone attack on a US base in Bahrain. Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) said it carried out a heavy ballistic missile strike on Jordan's Prince Hassan Air Base. The strike targeted hangars housing long-range RQ-4 and MQ-9 drones. In a statement broadcast on Iran's state broadcaster IRIB, the IRGC claimed that several drones were destroyed, several US flight and technical personnel were killed, and several parts of the technical infrastructure were set on fire or damaged on the US side of the Jordan Strait. This was not immediately confirmed by the Iranian forces on Tuesday.
