Iran Offers $30,000 Reward for Killing or Capturing US Soldiers

Iran has issued a new decree on the killing of American soldiers. Iran announced on Sunday (August 16) that it will give a reward equal to $30,000 for the killing or capture of American soldiers. It also said that if a woman does it, the reward will be doubled. Tehran has made this announcement while tensions between the United States and Iran remain high. The end of this war, which began on February 28, is not in sight. The two countries remain tense over Hormuz. Iran's government agency IRNA reported that the country's army chief Amir Hatami has said that this plan was made after a large number of requests to participate in financial help. Hatami has not shared any other information about this. There has been no deployment of American troops in Iran since the entire war. According to IRNA, Hatami has said that anyone who kills an American soldier, captures a Toman 5 billion, or a Toman equivalent to the Islamic Republic of Iran's unofficial $30,000 reward.
