New Delhi: Amid renewed tensions between Iran and the US, the Middle East crisis has become more uncertain. On the one hand, US President Donald Trump is threatening, on the other hand, Iran is not budging from its stand. But, amid these uncertainties, Iran has reassured India that there is no hold from its side for its ships in the Strait of Hormuz. Iran's Ambassador to India, Dr. Mohammad Fathali, has again claimed that the Strait of Hormuz is fully open to Indian merchant ships and oil-gas tankers. Mohammad Fathali has claimed this in an interview to CNN-News18. "We have said that the countries that have invaded Iran-US cannot ensure their participation in the Strait of Hormuz in accordance with their international maritime rules."
