Iran Warns US and Israel: Respect Memorandum or Face Consequences

A day before Iran's former Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's funeral, Tehran has warned the US and Israel. Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has said that Iran will respond appropriately if the US and Israel do not respect the memorandum of understanding reached between Washington and Tehran last month. During a meeting with the speaker of the Belarus parliament, he said that Iran will demand the full implementation of the agreements. According to the state media outlet ISNA, Mohammad Baqer Ghalibaf has warned the US and Israel that if they do not fulfill their promises, Iran will resume similar measures against them. Ghalibaf claims that the US now understands that it cannot win militarily from Iran. The Times of Israel reports that Israel was not involved in the agreement and that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, however, has distanced himself from the agreement. According to US officials, Iran's goal is always to end the war on its allies, which is opposed by their allies.
