Tuesday is the fourth day of the monsoon session of the Jharkhand assembly. As soon as the proceedings of the house began, both sides reached the front of the seat. During the question hour on Monday, Speaker Rabindranath Mahato expressed his displeasure over the absent MLAs from the house. He said that it is not a good tradition of the parliamentary system to not attend the house by asking questions. The speaker appealed to the legislators to fulfill their responsibility during the proceedings of the house. Then there was a discussion on the supplementary budget. While replying to the discussion, Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishore said that after the scheme started, the government is also providing land to the MLAs for construction of houses.
