Kanani Criticizes Opponents, Calls for Party Introspection in Varachha

Political heat is heating up in the Varachha area of Surat. Former minister and MLA Kumar Kanani, who was present at the inauguration of the central office of Ward No. 4 of Varachha, addressed the workers in his characteristic style. From this platform, he has not only attacked the opponents, but has also challenged his party workers to introspect. Kumar Kanani has admitted from the public stage that somewhere or the other, we have fallen short in reaching out to the people and explaining the welfare schemes of the government. He specifically mentioned the government's contribution in the education sector, saying that today lakhs of students are studying in private schools, for which the government is bearing all the expenses. The government provides fees, office and clothing assistance to the students, but we have not been able to convey this fact to the public effectively. Attacking the opposition party, Kanani said that the opponents have been able to mislead the people. He told the opposition party leaders that the'Saradha scam ', which has come to the fore in the past, and the'Sundara Kanda ', which they have been doing to gain the sympathy of the people.
