Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has dismissed speculation about internal instability in his government and cabinet reshuffle. He categorically said that there is no crisis in the government and the administration is functioning normally. The Chief Minister also made it clear that he will decide when and under what circumstances the change in the cabinet will take place. In a conversation outside his'Raabta'office, when Omar Abdullah was asked about a possible reshuffle in the government, he said, "There is no crisis in the government. Our work is going on." On the change in the cabinet, the Chief Minister said that he had never said that a reshuffle will be done immediately after August 15. He had only said that there will be no change before August 15. Omar said, "I had only ruled out the possibility of a reshuffle before August 15 and did not promise to do so immediately after that. I had only said that it will not happen before August 15. However, when it will happen and under what circumstances it will take place, let the internal leaders of the party be told to leave."
