(By Sanjay Dewani) Keshod, Dec 14: Even before Keshod takes charge of the municipality, the newly elected female representative of the BJP in Ward No. 8, Mrs. Chandrikaben Bhopala Pran, who was recently elected on the water issue, seems to be concerned about the drinking water issue. She has submitted a written representation in this regard to the Chief Minister. Considering the seriousness of the situation, the drinking water shortage problem in Keshod city has been demanded to be solved with immediate effect. It is worth mentioning that in the recently held municipal elections, the late Hardasbhai, a former member of the municipality and former municipal president Mrs. Jiviben Bhopala, a first-time member of the general body of the BJP from Ward No. 8, a bastion of the family, Mrs. Chandrikaben Hareshbhai Bhopala, has been elected from the general seat by the BJP. She is unlikely to be a strong contender for the post of president in the general board meeting of the municipality to be held on the 19th of next month.
