The ongoing dispute between the two factions of the Kinnar community over the supremacy of the hosts and Badhai Wazari in the Barhalganj area turned into a public arena on Wednesday in the Barhalganj Kotwali premises. Around 400 Kinnars descended on the Kotwali in a convoy of dozens of Boleros and cars from both sides.
