Mayor Sushma Kharkwal's financial and administrative powers will remain intact till the time elected councillor from ward no. 73 Faizullaganj is administered the oath. Mayor Sushma Kharkwal's financial and administrative authority has not been sworn in even after five months of being elected as a councillor from ward no. 73 Faizullaganj. Mayor Sushma Kharkwal's health has deteriorated since Thursday morning.
