In Maharashtra, the rebel MPs of Uddhav Thackeray faction have got a big victory. 6 rebel MPs of Shiv Sena (UBT) have been recognized by Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. Lok Sabha Secretariat approved the merger of six rebel MPs of Uddhav faction with Eknath Shinde-led Shiv Sena. Now the number of MPs of Eknath Shinde faction has increased to 13. Shiv Sena (UBT) Chief Uddhav Thackeray got a big blow when 6 of his rebel MPs joined Shiv Sena in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde last month. It was named'Operation Tiger'in Maharashtra politics. The Lok Sabha Secretariat has approved the merger of six rebel MPs from Uddhav Thackeray's Shiv Sena Faction with the Shiv Sena led by Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Shiv Sena UBT Spokesperson Anand Dubey reacted sharply to the merger of 6 UBT MPs with Eknath Shinde's Shiv Sena. He said, "When our party was being broken in 2022, we joined Shiv Sena in the presence of Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
