Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has hinted at a generational shift in the party. She has made it clear that the sons of her brother Anand Kumar will not be given political responsibility in the BSP. She says that it is very important to keep the BSP family-free. BSP supremo Mayawati has given instructions to give preference to youth in the organization. Mayawati has made it clear in a post on X that the process of giving organizational participation to youth in the party to about 50 percent has been going on for a very long time. Also, she has made it clear that in the assembly elections of Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Punjab, priority will be given to young faces of the society. Mayawati says that emphasis is being laid on adding a new generation to the party keeping in mind the basic needs of Gen-Z and Gen-Alpha. In her post, Mayawati has also said that Ambedkarite politics and constitutional values should be strengthened. Mayawati has made it clear that both female and male young faces should be given opportunities in the organization.
