Minister Hits Back at Owaisi Over Mosque Demolition Comments

The minister hit back at Asaduddin Owaisi for his statement that Muslims will take revenge for the demolition of the mosque. The minister said that such statements act as a trigger for tension and rioting in society. He alleged that Owaisi makes such statements to unite Muslim voters at the time of elections. He said that Owaisi's statement is in front of the people and instead of giving him political mileage, it may further consolidate the votes of Hindu-minded voters in favour of the BJP. The minister claimed that such statements by Owaisi will not find favour in the elections. On Beniwal sharing the stage with Owaisi and a possible alliance with him in the upcoming elections, the minister said that no community can be considered the fiefdom of any one party or leader. He claimed that a large section of the Jat society is with the BJP and the faith of the people in Prime Minister Narendra Modi is intact.
