Modi Sets Ambitious Targets for Indian Economy and Businesses

In his address to the nation from the Red Fort today, August 15, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has set several big goals related to the Indian economy, banks and business. During this, he talked about the banking sector, which can change the global identity of Indian banks in the coming year. PM Modi said that in the coming time, at least one Indian bank should be among the top-5 banks in the world. He has also given a target to Indian pharma companies to be among the five largest pharmaceutical companies in the world. In his Independence Day address from the Red Fort, PM Modi said that India's banking sector is growing rapidly and now it is time for one of the country's banks to make a strong mark at the global level. The Prime Minister has set a target that at least one Indian bank should be among the top-5 banks in the world. The Prime Minister has set a bigger target for Indian business. He said that in the coming time, there should be 50 Fortune 500 companies smaller than India. According to PM Modi, India's target now is to prepare Indian companies to compete with 7 big companies at the global level.
