Murder and Suicide in Bhopal: RTO Inspector Killed Over Refusal of Marriage

A shocking case has come to light from Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. The sensational murder of a female RTO inspector of the transport department in Lake Pearl Valley Colony of Khajuri Sadak police station area here caused a stir. The body of 45-year-old Meenakshi Gokhale was found lying in a pool of blood in her house. The police have found a hammer lying near the body, which is suspected to be a murder. In the initial investigation, the police suspect Pawan Kumar Dwivedi, a resident of Sidhi, who was living with Meenakshi Gokhale. It is being told that Pawan had come to Bhopal about 2 days ago and was living with Meenakshi. According to the initial investigation of the police, there was a dispute between the two regarding marriage. It is suspected that Pawan attacked Meenakshi with a hammer after a dispute over the refusal of marriage, which led to her death. After the murder, the accused went about 20 meters away from the house and committed suicide by hanging himself on a tree. On receiving the information, the police reached the road and sent the body to Aditya Rajgarh police station on Monday morning.
