NCP Denies Joining Mahayuti Alliance in Maharashtra

There has been speculation in Maharashtra's political circles for the past few days that the Nationalist Congress Party (SP) may join the Mahayuti. On Tuesday (July 7), party working president and MP Supriya Sule dismissed rumours of her party's alliance with the Mahayuti. She said there was no truth to these speculations. When reporters questioned the NCP Sharad Pawar faction's move towards the Mahayuti, she specifically mentioned the alleged conversation between BJP national general secretary Vinod Tawde and NCP (SP) leader Jayant Patil.
