Kathmandu, તા.30: A new dawn has dawned on Nepal's political scene. Nisha Mehta, who has close academic and cultural ties with India, has been given the important responsibility of the Health Ministry in the government of Prime Minister Balendra Shah. Nisha Mehta, who completed her Master of Nursing from Delhi's AIIMS-JV world-renowned institute, started her career as a social worker serving patients in hospitals.
