Newborn Baby Found Locked in Plastic Bag on Garbage Dump in Panipat

A shocking incident came to light in Panipat, Haryana on Monday (August 3) morning. A newborn baby was locked in a plastic bag and thrown on a roadside garbage dump in Shiv Nagar area. Luckily, a woman's eyes fell on her in time and saved the baby's life. Police have detained the mother who gave birth to the newborn on the basis of CCTV footage, who has confessed to taking this horrible step due to local laziness and compulsion. Yarn merchant Akshay Jindal, a resident of Gali No. 5, Shiv Nagar, said that at around 6 am on Monday (August 3), his mother Sudha Jindal was cleaning outside the house. During this time, she saw a movement in a plastic bag in front of the neighboring house. She called her son and neighbors. When the bundle of cuttings was carefully opened, a live baby was found inside. All the people present at the spot were shocked to see the condition of the newborn's stomach.
