Opposition Slams BJP Over Ram Temple Demolition Probe and Egg-Hurling Incident

The opposition launched a scathing attack on the BJP over the investigation into the Ram temple demolition case and the alleged hurling of eggs at the office of Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra. RJD Rajya Sabha member Manoj Jha and Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput reacted on these issues. RJD Rajya Sabha member Manoj Jha said the investigation should be fair. Mahua Moitra told IANS, "Sharks should not be saved by pressuring small fish." Moitra hinted that the action should not be limited to small people but if big names come up, action should be taken against them too. Congress spokesperson Surendra Rajput alleged that the SIT has been given extra time so that big crocodiles can be saved. To a question on the UCC in West Bengal, Manoj Jha said that the issue has been discussed several times in the past.
