During a Cabinet meeting at the White House, Witkoff told President Donald Trump, "I can tell you today that we have put together a 15-point agenda with your foreign policy team that lays out the framework for a peace agreement. It has been circulated through the Pakistani government, which is playing the role of a mediator."
