PM Modi Calls for Self-Reliance Amid Global Resource Weaponization

Aiming for a developed India from the ramparts of the Red Fort, PM Modi said that the world has now started weaponizing everything. All countries are moving towards self-reliance. Now the talk on globalization has stopped, because the world has started weaponizing resources. PM Modi further said that now the land has also started to be weaponized, due to which the energy crisis has also arisen. He said that the policies made in the last one decade have brought the country out of crises like Corona and West Asia. But now this is not the time to stop, we cannot stop. What has not happened so far, will have to be completed in the coming 5 to 7 years. On energy, the PM said that we cannot depend only on crude oil. For this, we have to think and adopt other options. By 2047, 100 Gigawatts of power will have to be generated under nuclear energy. Today, we have to take 2 Gigawatts of solar energy and we have to take it to the sea.
