Political rhetoric has begun ahead of the Uttar Pradesh assembly elections. Recently, Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav challenged CM Yogi to contest from Ayodhya. However, CM Yogi also accepted it and said that Akhilesh should also contest from Bijnor. Meanwhile, Bhim Army chief Chandrashekhar Azad has challenged CM Yogi to contest from Bijnor. Chandrashekhar Azad said on CM Yogi, "In the 2022 elections, I contested from the seat declared in front of him in Gorakhpur. I declared that there are 2 reserved and 6 general seats in Bijnor district. If you do not defeat me, then I will leave politics." Chandrashekhar Azad further said, "There are 4 MLAs from Bijnor. They come to any seat. Come to Badhapur, Dhamapur, Chandpur, Bijnor city, Najibabad. Or come to wherever they wish." Azad further said, "We had come to your area after contesting the election."
