RAJKOT: In the run-up to last month's local body elections in Gujarat, several politicians have tried to outmaneuver their rivals politically. Some have succeeded while others have floundered. The issue of electoral targeting and political rivalry in Saurashtra's Junagadh district has been the subject of much debate lately. Two days ago, Savaj Dairy chairman Divnesh Khatariya publicly spoke of waging a political war against Jawahar Chavda.
