Prisoner Killed in Rohini Jail Attack Over Quarrel with Inmates

There was a ruckus in Delhi's Rohini Jail when a prisoner was killed by a sharp-edged weapon. The prisoner who was killed was lodged in the jail in an Arms Act case. The undertrial had a quarrel with some jail inmates. After the quarrel, some prisoners attacked the undertrial with a sharp-edged weapon. The prisoner died in the attack. The incident reportedly took place in Ward 3 of Rohini Jail around 12 noon. The prisoner who was killed is not a big gangster. It was also reported that the incident is not related to any gang war. The prisoner who was killed is named Pramod. According to sources, Pramod used to sell tobacco inside the jail. There was an argument between him. Bhola and Mukesh are accused of killing Pramod. The police are investigating the case. There have been several murders in Delhi jails in the past too. Ankit Gujjar and Ankit Gujjar have been killed inside Tihar Jail.
