Punjab CM Denies Viral Video, Fake Report Case Unfolds

Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann held a press conference in Mohali on Thursday (June 25) over his alleged viral video. He clarified that he is not in the video. He said - I wore a mask in the video. I have no marks on my neck. He is the fourth revelation in the fake report case. Forensic expert Jaspreet Jassi, who had earlier filed a case in Gurugram in this case, had claimed that a deal was struck for 10 lakh rupees for the fake report. Now former Akali minister Bikram Majithia has released evidence of these 10 lakh bank transactions. Majithia claims that this amount was paid for this fake report. In this case, the Gurugram police can soon question Ludhiana Police Commissioner and DIG Swapan Sharma and SP Jashandeep Gill. Jassi, who filed the case, claimed that these two officers had conducted a secret meeting at Gurugram's five-star hotel Crowne Plaza for the fake report. However, Bikram Majithia did not produce the fake report for these fake reports.
