Congress leader Rahul Gandhi today met the DCP demanding action against policemen who used pellet guns during a protest by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) in Delhi. Rahul Gandhi started a sit-in outside the DCP's office after failing to register. The police have barricaded the entry of vehicles from Connaught Place to the Parliament Street police station as a precautionary measure. Rahul Gandhi is adamant on filing an FIR. He said, "I will sit in the police station till an FIR is registered in the pellet gun case." Congress workers are currently protesting in the police station. Rahul Gandhi reached the office of the DCP of Parliament Street police station on Friday and demanded action against the policemen in the pellet gun case. Meanwhile, after listening to Rahul Gandhi's demand, the DCP said, "At present, the Delhi Police and Crime Branch team is investigating the matter. Further action will be taken after completion of the investigation."
