This is the city where millions of young people have been preparing for years, filling forms, paying fees, and waiting. Paper leaks have robbed them today. Stalled recruitments have robbed them yesterday. And just a few days ago, lathis and pellets were fired on these children in Delhi, just because they said their right to speak out.
