This information came to light after examining the information received from various government entities and the orders related to debt. The government did not give any information about off-budget borrowings in the 2024-25 budget. The Accountant General then examined the information received from government companies, corporations and other entities and the orders related to the debt of the departments. It revealed a borrowing of ₹9,410 crore, which was shown in the budget.
