Rajasthan: Outgoing Zila Pramukh Resham Malviya Files Surprise Nomination

Outgoing Zila Pramukh Resham Malviya surprised everyone by filing his nomination from Ward 11 of Naharpura Panchayat Samiti on Wednesday. This time, even before the nomination process of Panchayati Raj elections, former Minister Mahendrajeet Singh Malviya had announced that no member of his family would contest for Zila Parishad member or contest for the post of Zila Pramukh. AdvertisementPolitical experts say that the Malviya family has not contested for the post of Zila Parishad and Zila Pramukh, but after winning the election as Panchayat Samiti member, Resham Malviya can become Pradhan. This move is shocking, but it is also appropriate from the point of view of his political career. If Malviya becomes Pradhan, he will continue to interfere in the Zila Parishad and administrative level. Advertisement Rajasthan: Police-CID raid in Udaipur!
