Rajkot Municipal Panchayats Elections: Voters Cast Ballots on April 6

RAJKOT: There is an opportunity for a mandate touching all the districts of the state. Polling time for the elections to the municipal panchayats of the state is from 7 am to 6 pm on Sunday, April 6. In this festival of democracy, voters will vote with pride. The counting of votes will take place from Tuesday, April 8. The mandate will set the tone and tenor of the state's future politics. The elections and voting for both urban and rural areas are on the same day. The festival of democracy has arrived for the Rajkot Municipal Corporation, the district panchayat, and the district's 11 taluka panchayats. There are a total of 14 lakh voters in the district panchayat's jurisdiction. There are elections to 15 metropolises and 84 municipalities in the state, including Rajkot, Jamnagar, Bhavnagar, Surendranagar, Porbandar, Morbi. Polling for 36 seats of the Rajkot district panchayat and 95 seats of the district's 11 taluka panchayats is tomorrow.
