RJD Agrees to Vacate Rabri Devi's Residence, Questions Government Allotment of Second Residence

RJD has agreed to vacate Rabri residence but it is the party's condition. On Tuesday (June 02, 2026), in a media interaction, RJD leader and party's chief spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav said that Rabri Devi's tenure will end in 2030, as soon as 2030 ends, we will not delay a second, wear hawai chappals and vacate the residence. Shakti Yadav said, "The question is that the 10 circular residence that was allotted to Rabri Devi and the minister to whom you have just given it was already allotted a second residence. Then why did the government do this to create a separate controversy?" The RJD leader further said that Nitish Kumar has a fascination with the seven-number bungalow that Hattey keeps from the chief minister and also lives in it. Does it have a basement? Is there any property created out of corruption that has a fascination with seven numbers? Shakti Yadav said, "Two former chief ministers live in 10 Road.
