RJD MP Sudhakar Singh Raises Questions Over EC's SIR Notice Process

RJD MP Sudhakar Singh has raised serious questions about the SIR notice and the process of the Election Commission. He alleged that allegations of manipulation and dishonesty in the SIR are surfacing and it is likely to harm the democratic process of the country. During the SIR in Delhi, several prominent people including External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar, former Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi and CBI Director Praveen Sood are reported to have been served notices. Sudhakar Singh said that when people like the former Army Chief and CBI Director are also receiving SIR notices, it raises questions about the process. He said that the SIR is deceptive and dishonest to an extent. The Constitution of the country says that people of all ages have the right to self-determination. Under no circumstances can it be denied, unless they have been punished. Or are they mentally ill. So are the voters from S. Jaishankar to Rekha Gupta and Kejriwal mentally ill? He claimed that the situation in the country is deteriorating and the Election Commission is creating a huge problem.
