RJD Names Rekha Gupta Candidate for Bankipur Assembly By-Election

The RJD has announced its candidate for the Bankipur assembly by-election. Tejashwi Yadav has once again bet on Rekha Gupta. State president Mangnilal Mandal announced this at a press conference at the party's state office on Monday. Rekha Gupta was the RJD candidate in the last assembly election as well, but was defeated by BJP's Nitin Naveen. Rekha Gupta has now been made the candidate for the by-election once again. Rekha Gupta thanked her leadership for this. Rekha Gupta said that she is getting the blessings of the people of Bankipur. Rekha Gupta said that this is a global area. This time the Rashtriya Janata Dal will win the Bankipur assembly by-election. She said that it will be the same this time. On Prashant Kishor's challenge, Prashant Kishor's party had contested from Bankipur before. She quipped that there is a difference between a politician and a strategist. The Rashtriya Janata Dal is fighting this election with full force.
