Ruling Party Appoints New District Presidents in Bihar; Condemns Murder Case

Ghulam Hasnain has been made the new district president for Kishanganj district. Shahnawaz from Purnia, Aftab Kanchan from Katihar and Engineer Manzoor Alam from Araria have been given this responsibility.
