Russia Hit by Drone Attack; Pakistan Deploys New Submarine

People in the Russian capital, Moscow, and many surrounding areas complained of black rain (black rain). According to locals, the rain was accompanied by soot and falling oil, covering cars, roads, and clothing. In fact, Ukraine carried out the largest-ever drone attack on the Russian capital, Moscow, on Thursday. More than 1,000 drones were sent towards Moscow, one of which targeted the city's Moscow Oil Refinery. The attack was followed by a massive fire at the refinery. The refinery is operated by Gazprom Neft, Russia's state-owned oil company, and supplies about 40 percent of Moscow's petrol and 50 percent of its diesel needs. The attack has raised environmental and health concerns. Pakistan has inducted its new Hangor-class submarine, built in China. This is the first time since the 1971 war and the creation of Bangladesh that Pakistan is attempting to establish a naval presence in the Bay of Bengal. Pakistan has signed a submarine deal with China in April 2015, the largest in Pakistan's history.
