Russia-Ukraine Conflict Escalates: Missile Attack on Steel Plant Kills 2, Injures 14

The war between Russia and Ukraine has reached an extremely dangerous and violent phase. Both countries are attacking each other's territory with missiles and drones. In this connection, Russia has launched a major missile attack on Indian-origin billionaire Lakshmi Mittal's ArcelorMittal Steel Plant in Ukraine's Kryvyi Rih city. This is Ukraine's largest integrated steel plant. 2 employees have lost their lives in this attack and 14 people have been badly injured. Production work here has been partially stopped due to damage to main energy infrastructure and blast-furnace. This attack of Russia was in response to the biggest ever air strikes by Ukraine. Ukraine fired hundreds of drones targeting different parts of Russia in a single night. According to the Russian Defense Ministry, they killed around 822 Ukrainian drones in the air overnight. The governor of Moscow's Voronezh region described it as the lowest death toll in recent Russian history.
