Samajwadi Party MPs Intervene in Jauhar University Demolition Row

On July 25, a delegation of eight Samajwadi Party MPs will reach Rampur in connection with the Jauhar University case in Rampur, Uttar Pradesh. They will also hold a press conference with an appeal to the local authorities to stop the demolition. Today, the party's state president Shyam Lal Pal has issued a letter in this regard. The delegation will include Rampur district president Ajay Sagar, as well as Rajya Sabha MP Javed Ali, Lok Sabha MP Harendra Malik, Ruchi Vira, Iqra Hasan, Rajiv Rai, Mohibullah, Neeraj Maurya and Ziaur Rahman Barq. Let us tell you that Rampur-based Jauhar University has been given a notice by the Rampur Development Authority to demolish 38 buildings. According to it, this building has been built without rules and standards. After the July 15 notice, the matter has heated up. The university management has also filed an appeal in the Commissioner's Court against this notice and has alleged that there is a conspiracy to demolish the educational institution. SP is fully united on this issue and is accusing the Rampur Development Authority and the Rampur Administration of taking unilateral action.
